We Must Act Quickly…….

David C. Force of Eugene,  has filed a claim with Oregon State for $19,390,000 this being the claimed reduction in fair market value if he is not allowed to develop the property near Ashland owned by his wife Rebecca Force PR acting for the estate of W.R. Pierson.

This claimed reduction in value is because Rebecca Force wants to divide the 242.34 acre property into 193 parcels and develop a dwelling on each parcel.

There are many reasons why this development should not be allowed. However the main reason is that W.R. Pierson died in 2003. Before Measure 37 was even proposed.

Please make your feelings on this claim known to the State of Oregon. Follow the guidelines shown to create your own letter. The letter must be delivered or postmarked by Tuesday, July 3rd, 2007.

Please ask as many people as possible to do the same.

Thank you for your valuable support which is greatly appreciated.
